Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and care
- Process and label specimens according to CLIA standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Provide exceptional patient communication and comfort
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

Qualifications
- Current Georgia Phlebotomy Technician certification (required)
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience (preferred)
- Excellent venipuncture skills with low complication rates
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Basic computer literacy and EMR familiarity
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
