Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
- Assist in emergency response situations and critical care scenarios
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or outpatient setting
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site visits
- BSN degree preferred
