Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assessment in accordance with established protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques
- Assist in emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
