Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care assessment, planning, and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license (Compact License preferred)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 1+ years acute care experience (new graduates welcome)
- BSN degree or enrollment in BSN program
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 24-32 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Pass background check and drug screening
