Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in assigned specialty unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-year acute care experience preferred
- BSN degree preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC experience preferred)
- Ability to work 24-32 hours/week with flexible scheduling
