Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute and ambulatory settings
- Administer medications and perform IV therapy per protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient data accurately in Epic EHR systems
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (required)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Ability to work 20-32 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
