Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (required)
- BSN or Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 1+ years clinical experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
