Responsibilities
- Deliver patient assessments, treatment plans, and medication administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions

- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA protocols

Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (current)
- 1+ years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking skills

- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Pass background/drug screening
