Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and federal nursing standards.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and physicians.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems.
