Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner within electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
