Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide compassionate education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition immediately to the charge nurse.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Current, active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
