Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assessment in accordance with nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical incidents
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota
- BSN preferred; associate degree with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
