Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess health status changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive care planning
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation

Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Illinois RN license
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
