Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse units including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state)
- Minimum 1-year clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates considered with experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC a plus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
