Responsibilities

  • Assist Surgeons: Provide comprehensive assistance to surgeons during operative procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Instrument Preparation: Prepare and arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring sterility and proper function.
  • Patient Care: Assist with patient positioning, draping, and prepping the surgical site to ensure optimal safety and hygiene.
  • Operating Room Management: Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to strict aseptic techniques and sterilization protocols.
  • Documentation: Accurately record surgical data, counts, and inventory levels for accurate medical records.

Qualifications
