Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across Baton Rouge's top medical facilities
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- Provide specialized care in emergency, ICU, or progressive care units

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week across multiple shifts
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background checks and facility-specific screenings
