Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and care activities accurately and timely
- Adapt quickly to new environments, protocols, and patient populations
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certification required (specialty-specific certs preferred)
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours weekly across varied shifts
