Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on healthcare procedures
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or ability to obtain quickly
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours weekly
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
