Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in hospital or clinical settings
- Adapt to new healthcare protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer prescribed medications
- Document patient assessments and treatment progress accurately
- Provide education to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility to work 24-32 hours per week
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Pass background and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
