Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while maintaining strict adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and clinical judgment
- Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations, safety standards, and facility-specific policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state with ability to obtain FL license
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in relevant specialty (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for facility commutes
