Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments via phone and in-person consultations
- Triage emergency cases using standardized protocols and clinical judgment
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education on home care and follow-up instructions
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in emergency or urgent care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Triage certification preferred
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
