Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments via phone and in-person triage to determine the urgency of medical needs.
- Apply clinical protocols and nursing judgment to recommend appropriate care pathways.
- Educate patients on symptom management, preventative care, and medication usage.
- Document all patient interactions and medical findings accurately and timely in the EHR system.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage high-volume patient inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in triage or urgent care preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Strong proficiency in medical terminology and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during high-volume situations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
