Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or case manager.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive living environment.
- Manage medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed.
- Accurately document care services and client interactions using our secure, remote-access software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be patient, empathetic, and able to work independently.
