Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately using provided automated dispensing systems
- Manage inventory with digital tracking tools and barcoding systems
- Compound sterile/non-sterile preparations using professional-grade equipment
- Process insurance claims and patient assistance programs digitally
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
- Train on new equipment technologies as implemented
- Provide exceptional patient service through digital consultation tools
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with automated dispensing systems (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell)
- Compounding certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate digital inventory management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
