Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately using provided automated dispensing systems
- Prepare IV medications with sterile equipment and tools supplied by our facility
- Maintain pharmacy inventory using provided barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Process insurance claims and billing with provided computer systems
- Assist in compounding sterile preparations using provided laminar flow hoods
- Operate and maintain provided automated counting machines and labeling systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with supplied point-of-sale technology
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience
- Ability to operate provided automated dispensing equipment
- Strong attention to detail with provided inventory management tools
- Basic computer proficiency for provided pharmacy software systems
- Excellent communication skills for patient interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with provided technology support
