Responsibilities
- Accurately verify prescription orders and patient information.
- Prepare and package medications under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
- Assist customers with medication inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking pharmaceutical supplies.
- Process insurance claims and handle cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Current PTCB or ExCPT certification (or eligibility to obtain).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
