Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescription medications for customers following strict safety protocols.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and physician orders for accuracy before dispensing.
- Manage inventory, including reordering supplies and checking expiration dates.
- Assist the Pharmacist with compounding and special orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with pharmacy software.
