Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotation of pharmaceuticals
- Process insurance claims and verify patient information
- Maintain precise medication records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Ensure compliance with DEA, HIPAA, and pharmacy board regulations
- Operate automated dispensing systems and pharmacy software

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Texas State Pharmacy Technician license
- Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications and pharmaceutical terminology
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Rx30)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
