Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescribed medications, including counting tablets and labeling bottles, following strict safety protocols.
- Assist pharmacists in providing drug information and counseling to patients.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and ordering pharmaceutical supplies.
- Verify prescription insurance information and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
