Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage details accurately.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer patient inquiries regarding prescriptions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Process returns and handle over-the-counter sales efficiently.
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper storage conditions for medications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to enroll in and complete the company-sponsored paid training program.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
