What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Verify patient information, including insurance and dosage requirements.
- Assist the Pharmacist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by answering questions and managing the front desk.
- Process incoming prescriptions and handle returns or exchanges.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to complete the paid training program.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
