Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of prescriptions, including dosage, frequency, and patient information.
- Prepare and package prescription medications for dispensing to patients.
- Maintain and organize the pharmacy inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet demand.
- Assist patients with prescription inquiries and provide education on medication usage and side effects.
- Process insurance claims and reimbursement documents efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to review prescriptions for potential drug interactions and safety concerns.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practice.
Qualifications
- Current PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with pharmacy management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
