Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory and medication ordering systems
- Process insurance claims and verify patient information
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
- Assist with compounding and sterile preparations
- Train on new pharmacy technologies and workflows
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or eligible
- Minimum 1 year retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- CPhT certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with pharmacy software systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
