Responsibilities
- Prepare and package prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking medications and supplies.
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage to ensure billing accuracy.
- Assist patients with medication questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate pharmacy software systems and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
