Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control standards
- Verify patient identities and prepare lab requisitions

Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential
- Minimum 2 years clinical phlebotomy experience

- Experience with evacuated tube systems and microcollection
- Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills
