Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen collection with precision
- Verify patient identity and maintain accurate specimen labeling protocols
- Process and transport specimens to laboratory for testing
- Operate centrifuges and automated analyzers per SOPs
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Document procedures accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience preferred
- Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary techniques
