Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specialized blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation
- Ensure proper handling and transport of biological samples
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment
- Adhere to OSHA and CLIA safety standards

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASPT or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques
- CPR certification required
