Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with digital health apps
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to appointments using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Maintain accurate health records via our secure remote portal
- Companion care for social engagement and emotional support
- Collaborate with care teams through virtual case conferences
Qualifications
- Active Texas Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Proficient with digital health records and telehealth platforms

- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Clear background check and TB screening
