Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision
- Process and label specimens using provided advanced equipment
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Verify patient identities and maintain accurate documentation

- Train on new equipment technologies as provided by the company
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Excellent venipuncture technique with minimal callbacks
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to work efficiently with provided equipment
- Valid CPR certification
