Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Maintain inventory of provided phlebotomy equipment
- Collaborate with lab teams for accurate testing
- Document patient data in electronic health records
- Ensure sterile techniques and infection control
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or AMT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and CLIA regulations
