- Process and label specimens with 100% accuracy for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Operate centrifuges and automated analyzers efficiently
- Provide exceptional patient care during high-volume phlebotomy sessions
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with specimen details
- Collaborate with lab teams to resolve specimen collection issues
Qualifications
- Current Florida Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience preferred
- CPR certification and HIPAA compliance knowledge
