Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections
- Process and transport specimens to laboratories
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Operate and sterilize provided phlebotomy equipment
- Provide patient education during blood draw procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent venipuncture and specimen handling skills
