Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (instrumentation, suction, patient positioning)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays and digital impressions
- Manage patient records and scheduling software
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
- Order inventory and maintain supply levels
- Ensure OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with manual dexterity
- Basic computer literacy
