Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and wheelchair support as needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, and report changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders.
- Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe environment.
- Document daily activities and care plans accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to complete our paid training program.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
