As a Phlebotomy Tech, you will play a crucial role in the diagnostic process by accurately collecting blood samples and ensuring patient comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Label, process, and transport blood specimens to the laboratory for analysis while adhering to strict chain-of-custody protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and workstations to ensure a sterile and efficient environment.

Qualifications
