Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Label, process, and transport specimens following HIPAA protocols
- Verify patient identity and maintain detailed electronic records
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment
- Provide patient education during specimen collection
- Collaborate with lab staff for sample integrity

Qualifications
- Current Alaska Phlebotomy Technician certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
