Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood draws and specimen collection
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA guidelines
- Provide patient education and comfort during procedures
- Operate automated laboratory equipment
- Document patient information in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NCCT, or equivalent)
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent venipuncture skills on diverse patient populations

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work between 20-32 hours weekly
