Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across diverse patient demographics
- Process, label, and transport specimens according to clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EHR systems

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and capillary puncture
- Knowledge of specimen processing and handling protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
