Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood draws and specimen collection following HIPAA protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures with clear communication and reassurance
- Label, process, and transport specimens to lab facilities
- Maintain sterile environments and equipment calibration
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Collaborate with medical staff on patient care needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and infection control
Qualifications
