Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood draws and specimen collection following strict protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior phlebotomy experience necessary – training provided!
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Missouri driver's license (for mobile collections)
